These were cleaned with polish, rinsed, and dry polished. The knife does have some sort of circle stains on it that I couldn't get off, but maybe someone more knowledgeable about silver plate will be able to. Otherwise these would be a beautiful addition to any collection. I forgot to get exact measurements, but the knife is about 13-14" and the cake knife is about 10-11".
