Picked these up from a swapmeet and was disappointed to find out they are smaller than I can comfortably wear, and run pretty short (around my mid thigh). The ribbons on the leg cuffs are stitched in firmly. They’re in completely perfect condition and button up at the sides. Selling for the amount I paid for.
Heart E is a Japanese brand from the 80’s commonly featured in Lolita magazine spreads. Since closed, and only sells on secondhand sites such as Wunderwelt. Rather than a skirt though, these pants are made to coordinate with boystyle. It’s a shame its so obscure, its quality is on par with Innocent World.
