Vintage 1970s bright floral skirt set with tie neck blouse. Super cute two piece set with secretary tie neck blouse and A line skirt. Top has high neck with attached tie and zipper at back neck. Elastic waist makes for a slimming silhouette -then add fun puff sleeves and you have a classic 70s top. There are belt strings but no belt. Skirt has elastic waist and an A line shape.
* skirt: spots in middle by seam either front or butt area (not sure which is front)
Top: underarm seam undone, runs/small hole by elastic waist at belt loop on both sides, below waist in front is a very small repair
