The Chestnut Dog Family was only released in Japan in 1988, and are therefore extremely difficult to locate! They are a chestnut-colored early version of the Farthing Dog family.
This baby shows wear on his ears, hands, and toes (note photos!), but honestly not bad for being 36 years old. The white on his face has darkened with time. A very hard to find figure, and so interesting to see how much he differs from new figures! Great opportunity for those who love Sylvanian history :)
