I used it like 2-3 times (and realized it was cold for me , I’m a “freezing” person) I washed it with Tide free&clean. No hole, no serious pilling, but I believe it has some pillings between layers (it’s normal, happens to all LS blanket).
My house is dog friendly (but my dog never get close to my bed stuff), no smoke.
