Solid wood, nice modern squares design on the drawers, all drawers work properly. There is a little bit of where in a couple spots on the edges barely noticeable. The top surface has some water stains that could easily be sanded off and if you re-stain the top it will look beautiful. If you would like me to do it for you, add $40 to the asking price. Otherwise I’m letting this go for a good price. You can pick it up in Stuart Florida. One leg has a small metal brace attached, it was repaired very well. This piece in better condition would be worth 125-$160. :). shipping is not available on this item.
