This beautiful & uniquely designed purse is by Sajai. Handcrafted by artisans in India, the purse is made of intricately designed silver metal & has natural agate stones mined from the western Coast of India attached on the front & back. Has a hinged top with a tight latch closure. Interior is lined in smooth black velvet & has a 20” long silver chain strap to wear the purse crossbody or on the shoulder. Can also be used as a clutch with the chain tucked in the interior. Dimensions are 7” long, 2” wide, 6” high & 5” deep. The purse is from the 1980’s & in wonderful vintage condition. There are faint markings to the aged silver but no cracks, chips or missing stones to the exterior. There is slight wear to the black velvet on interior sides of top but no rips, tears or stains to the interior. See all photos. Sajai means to “decorate or to beautify” & each Sajai purse took a single craftsman at least four days to complete. Truly a unique vintage purse.
