Up for consideration is the blue velvet Portrait Dress from The Franklin Mint Gone With the Wind Scarlett O'Hara vinyl portrait doll 16" collection.
I bought it like this, new but slightly de-boxed. All accessories included but no COA or paperwork.
I'm trying to condense my collection- I have another one that's already out of the box and I have no room for two. I hope it goes to another doll fashionista- this should fit other similar 16" fashion dolls such as Gene.
I kept it in a non-smoking home and away from pets. $80. I pack extremely carefully, ship domestically and within two business days, and you'll get a tracking number as well.
