As you can see in the pictures, all of the original waffle blocks have been locked together in rows of five and then stacked up. This is to save space because shipping is not only based off of weight which is a little over 17LBs but also, size, when I didn't have the pieces interlocked, the box was pretty big and shipping was about $30. more. When using these in the daycare, when they weren't all compacted, they took up an entire laundry hamper.
