I have found examples where this is listed as both a men’s and women’s poncho. There are no tags, so the size is unknown. Due to the garment composition, it will likely fit multiple sizes.
For example, small or medium Mens, small medium and some large women’s (these are guesstimates based on what I see; measurements should be the only determining factor in purchasing). Obviously it would be looser/longer on a small woman, than it would be on a woman who wears size large. I included measurements in the photos.
It does have stitches near the armpit area, so the size is restrictive somewhat there. For example I am a 2XL man, and it’s far too small on me, too narrow in the shoulders.
*NOTE: there are some small marks/spots as pointed out, likely from storage, as the fabric shows little sign of use.
