This impressionist watercolor is of a mountain house or house in a wooded area with snow, silhouettes of people, and a sled. The watercolor is signed "Baber" lower right. I presume the location to be Western North Carolina. It was in a damaged frame with foxing and toning to the mat. The dust cover on the back is stamped with the name and address of an art/frame shop in Asheville NC (last photo). The watercolor measures 16"L x 12"H. It is in good condition with some foxing as photographed. The back of the painting which has the beginnings of another painting, has foxing from being against a cardboard backing.
