This dress is absolutely timeless and unique!
It’s got gorgeous lines, with velvet highlighting the bodice and a slit running up the leg. The skirt has a clean tear, which should be easy to fix, though, I like the height of the slit that way;p
Dress says size 12, but runs quite a bit small- for reference, size in this photo is 5”4 and 142 lbs
