Forearm/ Wrist Training Bar

Here is a custom made altered V-bar that was put together to be used for training arms.It screws together. You can sit up or stand, hold the bar waist height,and raise up, then lower. Use with adding one inch standard weight plates or use it by itself without , if you want to start light,until you progress. Works the flexors,and extensors. NOTE:* weight plate,and red collar in photo, not included in sale. Those are for demostration purposes only! However,I do have many vintage standard plates for sale in other listings available at reduced prices.You can also use this for close grip bicep curls, sitting or standing. And, you can also use this for overhead tricep extensions, (french press) .Or load it heavy, and do isometric holds! Get creative with this badboy,and get some gains! Great unusual training device!
