Small 9 inch picture.
Volume up snd down tested and works.
Channel up and down tested and seems to work
Didn't connect any picture or signal to test TV.
Has a pull-up carry hamdle on top.
Overall Clean condition, a few small scuffs/ scratches on front clear plastic screen.
I did a basic cleaning but may need a more detailed cleaning.
