You are buying a Vintage 1930’s Hubley Cast Iron Police Motorcycle Toy. It measures approx.. 6 inches long x 1 ¾ ‘s inches wide. It has front hub but is missing the front wheel. I am not sure light works or needs a new one. A battery looks to fit where gas tank is, Item has paint loss and missing a piece of the cast iron on the back fender. Great old Toy.
