This console is a North American/Canadian region console that has been reshelled and restored. The top screen is scratch free and the bottom screen has just a few light scratches. Everything on this console works and functions as it should. The hinge is tight and the joystick is smooth. All the buttons are responsive. The only issue with it is the small light spot on the bottom screen. This console does come with an aftermarket stylus, charge cord, and 4gb sd card. No physical game included but there are a couple of digital games included. Thanks for looking!
