New In Box, never assembled, never used, vintage T Cohn Metal Toy Dollhouse. 24" long x 10" wide x 17" high. It's a blue, two-story colonial featuring five rooms. It includes a complete set of 61 pieces of furniture, figurines, etc. but they are brittle with age. Although never used, this dollhouse has a dozen scratches and minor defects due to its original shipping and storage. Sold as is. Will ship Unassembled.
