Dollhouse is in great condition. Only one small tear in the paper printed on the wood. It's not really seen as it is on a ceiling part and has been taped back on. See 3rd to last pic. Other than the one small tear, there are no stains, other tears or bashed corners.
I have already disassembled the dollhouse and safely packaged it up and is ready to be shipped. All hardware included (screws). Instruction manual can be found online.
