Comes with all pictured. Upgraded to new model which is why I’m selling, nothing is wrong with the iPad and it works great.

All with original boxes.
The folio has had the most wear and tear - stickers were on the covers front and back for 7 years so the residue is from that and general scuffing from bringing to classes. Keyboard works and there’s nothing mechanically wrong with it.
The iPad itself is in great condition with no chips, scratches or damage. There is a glass screen protector that I will leave on for you. (All smudges are on the screen protector. I never used iPad without one).
The pencil is also in great shape and still works just fine.
I’m only selling all as a set please don’t message asking to separate one or two items.
I’m open to reasonable offers but I’m already listing this at a fair price point so I won’t go much below shown price.
