Stunning panel choker from the 1960s. This fine piece of sterling silver (stamped 925) is made of 29 square links featuring a malachite diamond inlay in a black background (possibly black onyx or something else?). Each malachite piece is different. The choker is made to lay flat in a curved shape. It measures 17" long.
This may be a Native piece. I have no information about it other than my grandmother picked it up in Arizona in the 60s. Excellent condition. Nice clasp. Heavy piece. Includes gift box.
