Stunning ankle length formal occasion party dress constructed of velvet dotted sheer silk chiffon with a velvet bodice. Has a sweetheart neckline, an exaggerated tie neck, 3/4 length shoulder puff sleeves and a drop waist. Fabric covered buttons at back neck with zipper closure.
One button is missing at back neck and a few velvet dots have worn off although not very noticeable.
